This rental apartment building was designed by notable Latvian architect Eižens Laube and built in 1910. The same year Juris Tifentals’ grandparents, Marija and Ernests Tifentals settled in an apartment on the fifth floor.
Juris Tifentals and Zenta Dzividzinska used to live there until Juris’ death in 2001.
