All’s Good Between Us. Riga
Photomontage works by Zenta Dzividzinska from the late 1960s were included in the exhibition "All’s Good Between Us" curated by Andra Silapētere and organized by the Latvian Centre for Contemporary Art (LCCA). The exhibition and related programming was on view at 60A-21 Dzirnavu Street, Riga, Latvia, from February 14 to March 31, 2024. [extended until April 4]
For the exhibition, the curator Andra Silapētere selected several previously unpublished photomontage works by Zenta Dzividzinska from the late 1960s. The selection was made in close collaboration with Līga Goldberga, the curator of Dzividzinska photo collection at the National Library of Latvia.
According to LCCA, the exhibition “brings gender and queer discourses into interaction with socio-political contexts in society, identifying cracks between identities, minorities and different generations.”
In this article for the photography magazine FK Magazine, Līga Goldberga shared her research on the origins and making of these previously unpublished photomontages:

The exhibition and the public programming of “All’s Good Between Us” were part of the project "Islands of Kinship: A Collective Guide for Sustainable and Inclusive Art Institutions", supported by the European Union and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia.
